Workout Schedule  

 

 

  • Sessions are once or twice per week according to client’s request.

 

  • The sessions are a minimum of an hour

 

  • The First ten minutes involves meditation warm up

 

  • Twenty minutes of rebounding and stretching

 

  • A minimum of a half an hour of walking-workout

 

  • Detoxing and nutrition program will be discussed per individual needs; schedule will also be adjusted according to mind, body changes.
