Workout Schedule
- Sessions are once or twice per week according to client’s request.
- The sessions are a minimum of an hour
- The First ten minutes involves meditation warm up
- Twenty minutes of rebounding and stretching
- A minimum of a half an hour of walking-workout
- Detoxing and nutrition program will be discussed per individual needs; schedule will also be adjusted according to mind, body changes.
