Mind. Body Focus
The mind body focus is the most significant aspect of change or transition. The body is being fed by the mind. Focus entails establishing a conscious connection with all internal organs. It involves a release of the external programs which continue to influence the way we think, what we believe and what we fear. We are bombarded by marketing and social programming on a daily basis. Most individuals live under constant pressure of social expectations and the emotional bombardment of marketing companies. The human psyche takes in all of these external suggestions. The psyche consists of the mind and the brain both of which are the channels through which our lives are experienced.
Because we live our lives more focused on the external world much of an individual’s life is formatted to fit within the status quo. Much of our lives are lived by a silent stream of social expectations. These programs most often subtly steer the manner in which we view our lives and ourselves as an individual. Quite often we judge ourselves harshly when our lives don’t appear to measure up to the standard social format of success. The marketing companies hypnotize and entice consumers filling their minds with fear about health, aging and a fear of inadequate security. When we return to inner focus we have the opportunity to recognize the impact of these programs and release them. We then have the opportunity to reprogram the mind and the brain recreating our lives.
The mind body program is approached from the concept of quantum physics. Quantum Physics is based on the understanding that we cannot observe something without changing it. In other words we are observers as well as participants. This science establishes that we observe external reality, people and situations according to thought projections influenced by beliefs and programmed concepts and ideals. All things including thoughts are a construct of energy. Energy exists as both wave and particle. Life is comprised of an infinite number of potentials, we then choose according to our own limitations and what we understand.
The objective is then to reacquaint clients with the inner control system whereby creating permanent change in their lives.
