HEALTH TIPS

WEIGHT LOSS- The best approach to weight loss is through a change in diet and lifestyle. Diets based on an “eat anything” concept will eventually contribute to a breakdown of the body’s natural chemical function. Eating foods from nature such as fruits and vegetables organically grown; will resonate with the body’s natural flow. Additionally refined sugar, flour, preservative filled juices, sodas etc should all be eliminated from diet. In many circumstances if the body is in a severely toxic state one may experience nausea, headaches etc from the consumption of fruits which becomes fermented upon interaction with an acid environment. A fast would then be recommended. (Consult with your health care provider)
VITAMINS-There is much confusion with the consumption of vitamins. The shelves are oversaturated with a variety of vitamins. Fruits and vegetables are the best source of nutrients and other nature grown foods. Most vitamins have very little life force as the processing and fillers used have depleted the electrical value. Dried herbs in capsules and in tinctures are the best supplements to add to ones diet.
COOKING- When food is cooked at temperatures over 118° much of the enzymes are destroyed. Food should be cooked slowly on a low temperature. Byproducts are created when meats are cooked at a high temperature. Oils should not overheat and smoke when heating as this also results in toxic byproducts. Coconut oil and Virgin Oliver oil are best for cooking.
CHOOSING ORGANIC- When choosing organic foods label should state “certified organic”, as the certification process is extensive. Organic means foods that are alive and strong in life force. Certified organic foods are grown in rich soil and fed organic composts.
SUGAR SUBSTITUTES- Organic B grade Maple Syrup “is composed of balanced sugars, minerals, vitamins and amino acids which makes it unique from other sweeteners” and Raw Agave Nectar which has a low glycemic index, great for assisting in lowering high blood pressure excellent for diabetics as well. There is tremendous hype about Stevia sweetener I suggest anyone choosing to use Stevia do a bit more research.
